If I had to sum up this product in two words, they would be 'luxuriously effective'.  And I would place the emphasis on both words equally. Rosa y Fruta is one of the premiere organic lines of our time.  Elizabeth never ceases to amaze me with her formulating genius. After speaking with her about her Baño de Angeles, I now know that I was right on when I said that this is one of the very best cleansers I'd ever experienced (and I am no newcomer when it comes to trying cleansers!). She said that she was glad that I 'got it' when it came to my amazement about this particular product. She then went on to say that it was 2 years in the making. She did comparisons with several of the best cleansers out there, including a well-known brand of pure Castile soap. She said that one of her tests was the removal of lipstick. None of the other cleansers would effectively remove it, except for Baño de Angeles!  When this product was completed, it was a true accomplishment.      What I had told Elizabeth before hearing this was that I could feel this milky cleanser getting into every pore and removing the dirt and makeup without stripping oil from my skin. Instead of stripping, it created a softer, more nourished feel.  Even though there are no extra essential oils or botanicals added for fragrance, it also has a lovely scent.  The texture of the cream is perfect too, not too thin, not too thick. It makes it very easy to work with, and a little goes a long way. While any skin type would benefit from this cleanser, I know that a mature or sensitive skin will be the type that would benefit the most. The reason is because this cleanser does all the work. You can remove makeup, dirt, oil, even lipstick, without any harsh rubbing or pulling of the skin. I use my fingertips to gently massage into the skin using circular movements.  Then I remove the cleanser with a warm washcloth.  There is never any dry feeling to the skin afterwards, which feels especially nice!      This is such a decadent, exquisite milky cleanser.  It's the milky cleanser that others strive to be. Once you try this you will know what a great cleanser is all about.  I am hooked on this now, and I know that once you try it... you will be too.
