Sometimes it's the simple things that make all the difference.  Have you ever noticed a woman's complexion and said to yourself "Gosh she has a pretty complexion".  You're not sure why, but when the skin looks especially nice and soft, it might be because of one simple step that she has done... used a mineral veil!  For those of you mineral makeup aficionados you know exactly what I'm talking about. But for those that don't, let me share this secret with you.  Mineral veils are exactly what they sound like, a veil that hides your skin imperfections.  I have been fortunate enough to try Ferro Cosmetics version of the mineral veil called 'Crystal Mineral Veil' (they also offer one called 'Matte' for those that need oil-blotting benefits).  By taking a loose powder brush and gently dusting it over my skin, it gives the appearance of smoothness that you just can't get with other powders.  It's the last step in the makeup process. For me, I notice that my pore size magically reduces and it gives a softer appearance to my face.  I love what it does!     Ferro's mineral veils come in different soft shades and can be used every day, but I usually save it for night time enhancement or when I really want to look my best.  The color that I have been using is Amber, a very soft mauve tone.  It doesn't add a lot of color though, I use it more for the effect of softness. This is just one more product in your makeup bag that will give you the oomph to your look, the vavavoom to your appearance, the... well, I think you get it.  If you haven't tried a mineral veil yet, maybe you should.  And I highly recommend the Ferro brand.  They have lovely soft colors to choose from... and they work!
